K-9 Town Puppies Meet Demon Hallow

I made Omar Blue stay to eat a home given meal before leaving for K-9 Town. He hadn't been home long but I knew something was brewing. He gets so excited. I kept wishing I could go see but unlike a few times before, nothing happened. It worked out fine though because when Omar came back he was ready to tell this one......

The puppies were very happy
Under the big oak tree
They were planning another adventure
Oh my gosh, what could it be.
They had spotted a cave not far away
While running with the pack
They would wait for the Elders
To fall asleep
The plan was to go back.

The cave had been off limits
They were told never go in there
But that was when they were little
So the Elders wouldn’t care.

The only reason we’re waiting
Is because they’ll want to come too
We’re big enough to take care of ourselves
That’s just what we’re gonna do.

So off they went around midnight
Things were quiet as could be
The Elders were surely sleeping
So none of them could see.

They got to the cave and kept running through
Too late they became aware
The biggest demon they’d ever meet
With his pitchfork standing there.
They tried to leave but couldn’t move
This was a bad idea
If only the Elders had been awake
None of them would be here.

It was then that Demon Hallow spoke
His voice carried through the wall
You puppies better go right now
Or I’m gonna eat you all!

They managed to get their feet moving
Faster than ever before
They would never, ever go there again
Can’t even tell what they saw.

Meanwhile back at the demons cave
Omar Blue and his Pack
Were thanking their friend Demon Hallow
For sending the puppies back.

They say all demons are very bad
Omar Blue says that’s not true
If you ever meet up with Demon Hallow
He’ll probably befriend you.

A very special thanks to friend and fellow author Pamela K. Kinney for letting me use Demon Hallow in my story.  Pamela uncovers Virginia’s hidden phenomena and backs her discoveries with informative stories and one- of- a- kind photos.  Read about Pamela’s new book “Virginia’s Haunted Historic Triangle” and see the extraordinary pictures at

  1. Pamela's photos are amazing--especially that tree growing right out of the bridge. It looks like the leg and foot of an elephant. I love following Omar Blue's story and I'll be back!
